In order to implement the “China-Africa Talent Cultivation Cooperation Plan,” the Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association, under the guidance of the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), Hanban International, and the Ministries of Education of Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria, along with relevant universities, have decided to collaborate with one hundred North African universities to jointly promote the implementation of the “Chinese Language + Vocational Skills” training program in North African countries.

This project aims to provide the necessary Chinese language and vocational skills training for North African member universities, deepen international educational cooperation, broaden career development paths for North African students, and contribute to cultural exchanges between China and North Africa.
