We are an international intercollegiate exchange platform established by experts in higher education from China and North African countries, along with representatives from Chinese-funded enterprises. Our mission is to foster forward-looking cooperation under the “the Belt and Road” education initiative, serving as a valuable nonprofit organization in international education cooperation. Currently, we have 100 member units, and together, we aim to promote cross-border talent cultivation and build a community of shared interests, fate, and responsibility.
